Ingredients:
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime (cut into 4 wedges)
- 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- Crushed ice
- 1/2 cup club soda or Sprite
- Lime slices & mint sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a tall glass, muddle the mint leaves and 3 lime wedges with sugar to release juices and oils.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in club soda or Sprite over the ice.
- Stir gently with a long spoon.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime slice. Serve with a straw.
