RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your item for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. The return charges are on the customer’s end. Before starting a return, the customer should ask for the return address from us.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@fezli.co.uk. We will replace your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:

This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. This also does not cover wrong-sized orders or if you simply do not like the fit/feel of the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue your full refund within 3–5 days.

RE: Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or card statement. All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned merchandise. Bank processing times vary, and the refund may take additional days to appear on your statement.

NOTE: Do not call your credit card company for a chargeback, as this will result in delays and additional paperwork. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, this may delaythe  resolution and processing of refunds/replacements.
