Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below are the dispatch, delivery, and tracking details for orders placed with Fezli.

Dispatch time

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays / Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

We ship all orders via a tracked delivery service.

Estimated delivery timeframe is 4–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping days

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday. No shipments are dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to become active after you receive the link.

Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (for example, courier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand). If your delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
